EXPERTISE AND INTERESTS
Zuhur Balayah is a PhD candidate within the Faculty of Management (in the area of Organisational Behaviour) at Bayes Business School. Her PhD is jointly funded by the Centre for Healthcare Innovation Research and NIHR ARC North Thames. Zuhur's PhD focuses on the ways in which the speed and effectiveness of the implementation of innovations in NHS organisations may be enhanced by learning from the experience of other sites.
Her current research focuses on organisational learning, change management and knowledge sharing between and within inter-organisational virtual Communities of Practice engaged in implementing and spreading primary healthcare open-source innovation. Focusing on how these inter-organisational communities share experiential knowledge and generated learning about the same or similar innovation that is being implemented across healthcare system levels.
