Mike has wide experience of working across primary, community and secondary care to improve patient-centred care. Mike has supported the delivery of a number of population health initiatives including the Health 1000 programme in outer north east London and the Atrial Fibrilation and Medicines Optimisation programmes in north central London, and mid and south Essex.
