Iris is a PhD candidate within the Research Department of Primary Care and Population Health (PCPH) at University College London (UCL). Previously, she has completed a Research Master’s in Linguistics from the University of Groningen (The Netherlands). Her current research focuses on the management of mental health problems in medical consultations by applying Conversation Analysis and other qualitative methods. Her broader research interests include health communication, innovation, and implementation.
